Language toolbar is basically a toolbar that automatically appears on your desktop when you add text services, such as input languages, keyboard layouts, handwriting recognition, speech recognition, or input method editors (IMEs). This particular language toolbar provides you with a quick way to change the input language or keyboard layout from your desktop itself. You can also move the Language bar anywhere on your screen, minimize it to the taskbar, or even hide it. There are a set of buttons and options on the Language bar which changes depending on the text services which you have installed, and the software program which is active currently. In case if the WordPad supports speech recognition, but Notepad do not and imagine that both programs are running. In this case the speech buttons appear when WordPad is active, but disappear when you make Notepad the active program.

To enable this feature in the Control Panel, choose Region and Language, go to Keyboards and Languages, and click Change keyboards. Next in the General tab of the Text Services and Input Languages pane you must click Add and then select the languages and keyboards which you want to use. Then close everything and go back to the taskbar where you will be able to use the language-switch feature of the Language toolbar.
Master advanced features
There is a spell check feature in the language toolbar. This check feature can correct spelling mistakes on forms, including web-based email messages, discussion forums, and even intranet web applications. To enable this option first you have to click the language toolbar wrench icon. There on the tools tab select the spell check option and click save. This will enable the spell check feature in the language toolbar.
Change input language
The input language is basically a setting in Windows 7 which can control the language you use to type information on your computer. But before you go for changing an input language, you must add that language to Windows 7. To change the input language in your Windows7 Operating System, first Click the Input language button on the Language bar, and then click the input language you want to use.
