iyogi complaints : ITUNE’S clean sweep my collection.
I m hot like volcano and ready to burst any moment, I m using IYOGI COMPLAINT form to let you guys know what happen with me and my computer and take appropriate action accordingly. This is my worst nightmare my 80GB of life is gone. Thanks to IYOGI.
Someone tell me why?
When I called IYOGI, I made myself clear very first go, I want to install ITUNES on my new laptop. Tech did the same once it was installed tech said his job is done as they don’t support sync and I have to do it on my own. Moment I connected my iPOD with my computer it asked me to sync I just followed the steps and now I don’t have a track on my poor thing. I had close to 80GB of data on my IPOD now nothing…. I just can’t explain my level, otherwise I am pissed off to the extreme……………………
iYogi complaints: Windows 7 related issue
I once chanced upon an article related to Windows 7 computing experiences. It was quite a detailed review by iYogi but I still do not know how to upgrade my existing operating system to Windows 7. I’m sure iYogi must be having some sure shot and simple solution to my problem.
iYogi Complaints: Unsatisfied with the Techie
I had some upgradation issue with the operating system of my laptop. So, I called iYogi for some help regarding the same. The techie was taking hell lot of time to understand the problem and reciprocate accordingly. He was able to fix my laptop but our conversation continued till 2 hours. Had mixed reactions for the fellow chap!
iYogi Complaints: Excessive Warning for expiration of my subscription.
I am a regular customer of iYogi from past 2 years. I have been making the renewals as well as payments on time. I have got my subscription for this year renewed 2 days back, but still I am receiving the warning mails about the expiration of my subscription. Kindly see to the matter ASAP. My inbox is full of iYogi mails.
There is no doubt that iYogi serves me as well as its other customers the best. But I have a slight issue with the accent and diction of the concerned techies. Sometimes it becomes slightly difficult to understand them easily that result somewhat confusion. This inconvenience in our conversation hampers my understanding a little bit and same goes for the techie as well. At the end of the day the quality of services matter, that has always been excellent from your side. If this small issue could be sorted out, it would be great. I hope that can be worked out soon. I know that iYogi Complaints form is wholly and solely dedicated to the complaints of iYogi customers. But still, I would like to take this iYogi Complaints form as the medium to ask iYogi for an add-on to its services. It will surely fetch them more success in their tasks. I wish the iYogi can also include more frequently Apple related issues also. I just love the way you people serve your customers. Being a user of MAC, I wanted you to support MAC more actively. Hope my wish would be considered and acted upon as soon as possible. Way to go iYogi and its iYogi Complaints form.
I am a hardcore critic, but still then I have to admit that the iyogi complaints form is a great thing that has happened to iyogi and its customers. It should give fillip to customer complaints and help resolve them quickly. An interesting aspect of the complaints form is that any customer can post his/her comment and expect to get the attention of the company. Personally I believe, the form will encourage putting across their point in a more clear manner.
