It is just a matter of time before Beats Audio, an advanced audio feature, will be a part of the Windows Phone 7-based handsets of HTC. The smartphones-maker HTC already has the Beats Audio feature in its Android-based handsets, and soon its Windows Phone 7-based handsets will also join the bandwagon. The exact details are still not out, but HTC has confirmed the news to SlashGear (the famous technology blog site).
HTC also confirmed that along with the Beats Audio feature, it will introduce a stylish "red and black" color scheme for its Windows Phone 7-based smartphones. HTC Android handsets, HTC Sensation XE and HTC Vigor, which are soon to be launched, are already known to have the Beats Audio feature.
HTC has made a large investment in Beats Audio recently. The move was made by HTC for the purpose of differentiating its product lineage from that of the competitors in terms of better audio and output. Before this, HTC has had tie-ups for different premium audio solutions with companies like Dolby and SRS Labs. Now, having made investment with Beats Audio, HTC will aim to power its $300 million investment in smartphones.
According to SlashGear, it is still not clear as to when will Beats Audio come in the HTC handsets with Windows Phone 7 OS.
So, if you are a music lover and are planning to buy a Windows Phone 7 smartphone with high-tech audio features, you may have to wait for a while unless HTC reveals clear dates of the launch of its Windows Phone 7-based mobiles with Beats Audio.
