It offers instant access to Microsoft Certified Experts via chat at anytime. Reportedly the service is offered for $29.99.
Users’ option for Windows 7 Professional Migration service will have assistance from Microsoft Certified Experts who will professionally migrate their data, applications and user settings via remote access for Windows XP and Windows Vista users on their existing or new PC. The service also includes setup and personalization for a new PC. The service is offered at $39.99.
"By offering these easy, free tools and support services, we are eliminating potentially hundreds of dollars and days of frustration that users would normally have to spend to take their machine into a local tech or try to schedule service appointments," Dhar said.
Windows 7 will be available starting October 22.
