After the arrival of Sid Meier’s Pirates! on Windows Marketplace this week, Microsoft has announced the coming of its next XBOX LIVE game titled Monster Island on Windows Phone platform next week. The game Monster Island is developed by Miniclip and is anticipated to come on the Windows Marketplace with a price tag of US $2.99.
Basically, Monster Island is a monster-themed version of the game Fragger. The player instead of playing the role of a grenadier on Fragger will be a monster while playing the game Monster Island on his Windows Phone. The main objective of the player is to defeat invading monsters. The player has to stop the invading monsters by throwing five different kinds of monster grenades and destroy the stationary enemies. Monster Island has four long sets of levels to cross, offering the player plenty of bomb-throwing fun. Being a Miniclip title, Monster Island will also feature optional microtransactions, which allow the players to purchase level skips and solutions with Microsoft Points.
