It is very unusual to see a product in the market that has not yet been officially launched by a manufacturing company. But this has happened with Sony Ericsson Windows Phone. A Sony Ericsson branded Windows Phone has been put on sale at the online e-commerce portal eBay. The phone has been put on display under the codename ‘Julie’.
Definitely, it’s a matter of delight for the Sony fans across the world, but the Japanese electronics company is in dismay with this leak. Sony Ericsson, which is now known as Sony Mobile Communications, is in shock that how this prototype escaped its labs. Though the auction has been pulled from the eBay site, but it has given an insight into what the company is planning. It’s not for the first time that this ‘Julie’ codenamed Windows Phone has been leaked. In fact, over a year ago it was seen on the Internet.
These two incidents have given enough chances to speculate about the features of this upcoming Windows Phone device from Sony Ericsson. It is anticipated that the handset will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon clocked at either 1 GHz or 1.4 GHz, an 8.1 megapixel camera, and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
