More and more companies are introducing their products in the market paired with a stylus. HTC did the same by launching its HTC Flyer, then came Samsung Galaxy Note, and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. It is the turn of Toshiba now to dip its toe in the water by announcing the launch of its 10.1-inch tablet, the Toshiba WT301/D, which features support for an electromagnetic induction stylus.
The Toshiba WT301/D tablet comes equipped with an Intel “next-generation” Atom processor, 2 GB memory, a 64 GB SSD, a 10.1-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1366×768 with LED backlighting, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB slot and microHDMI interface, a 1.3 MP rear-facing camera, a 0.3 MP front-facing camera, stereo speakers, and runs on Windows 7 Professional (32-bit) operating system.
Also, the Toshiba WT301/D comes pre-installed with productivity apps such as Microsoft Home and Business 2010. This indicates that it has been designed especially for enterprise users. Further, to make the tablet corporate-friendly, Toshiba has included a fingerprint reader in it.
