You need to open ‘Printer Series Utility’. Choose Network Printer Configuration. Select the printer and assign an IP address to your network printer. You may also contact your network administrator for more information. Click 'OK' to go back to Network Printer Configuration dialog and select a printer from the list in Printer Selection dialog, if you want to configure another printer.
Print server may be useful in finding an IP address of a printer. It may be available on some specific printers. IP address of a printer attached to a network may be found out from network. If the printer has been previously configured, it may be used without being reconfigured but provided no one else is currently using that same IP address. You may also use any other utilities to check the IP address of the printer.
