Fascinating new look for computer with Windows® 7
Till Windows Vista & Windows XP, we had to make use of third party apps like logon studio for changing screen background. But with the Windows7, we can manage the background without third party apps. This is a good enhancement which has been included in the new OS.
Now, with the Windows 7 Logon Screen Rotator developed by one of Neowin forum member, you can rotate Windows7 background with ease. You can select upto 10 images and Logon Screen Rotator will automatically rotate your Windows 7 logon screen. This is a fascinating experience. So don't forget to apply it. To use the application run the .exe and choose your images, then click “Enable Settings and Exit” & specify set of images you want to rotate through on Windows 7 Logon Screen.
Change Windows 7 Logon Screen to any selected jpg image file. Choose and click on any of the thumbnails to set the image as Windows 7 Login Background. If you don't like it, you can revert back to original Windows 7 Login Screen with a Single Click. Lock computer or workstation to verify the changes done to the Windows 7 Login Screen. For this, you need to download Windows 7 Logon Controller and change/configure Windows 7 Login Background to any selected jpg image file.
This feature is not limited for Windows7 users only. You can also change the Windows XP login screen .You just need to download files and extract into Windows Resources folder. Download & extract Windows 7 Default logon files. Navigate to \WINDOWS\Resources and create folder with name Logon. Navigate to WideScreen or Normal Screen and copy the file logonUI.exe to Logon Folder. Copy the .REG files do \WINDOWS\Resources\Logon files and double click. Setup.reg, click in Yes and Ok and Log off, Restart not required.
To restore Windows XP Default’s logon apply restore.reg.
