How to set high contrast theme in Windows 7?
When you are on a flight or in a dark room and want to work on your computer without straining your eyes, you can switch to a High Contrast theme. Or if you find that your computer is working slowly and you see a message saying that the theme is using most of its allowed memory, here also, you can change to a high-contrast theme to improve the performance of your Windows 7-based PC.
You can adjust the High Contrast Theme settings to make text and images on the screen appear larger, improve the contrast between items on the screen, and so on. You can do these settings by simply going to the ‘Make the computer easier to see’ page in the ‘Ease of Access Center’.
