Unable to recover Windows 7 computer from Sleep Mode
Certainly, Sleep Mode is one of the handiest ways to put your Windows 7 computer on sleep, including the fan and the monitor, while keeping a small section of memory running to store the programs that are being used. The best part is, Sleep Mode gets activated automatically after a set amount of inactivity. Although Sleep Mode is useful for extending your Windows 7 PC’s life, it can have a few glitches also. If you have a Windows 7 PC that won’t come out of Sleep Mode, just follow the given instructions below.
Step 1: Click ‘Start’ and type ‘Run’ in the start search box. Press ‘Enter’ and this would open the ‘Run’ box.
Step 2: Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in the box and click ‘OK’.
Step 3: Expand ‘Mice and other pointing devices’ to access the mouse connected to the computer.
Step 4: Right click it and click ‘Properties’.
Step 5: Go to the ‘Power Management’ tab.
Step 6: Make sure that the ‘Allow this device to wake the computer’ is enabled. If not, enable it and click ‘OK’.
