To open Windows Features dialog box click on 'Start' and select 'Control Panel'. Now you need to click 'Programs' and then click on 'Turn Windows features on or off'. Click 'Allow' to continue from the dialog box displayed. Select Internet Information Services to choose the default features for installation. Select the checked boxes for all IIS features you want to install, and then you need to click on 'OK' to start installation after the progress indicator appears. When the installation completes, the Windows Features dialog box closes, and the Control Panel displays 'IIS 7 is now installed with a default configuration on Windows 7'.
